Archery + Life = Happiness

Archery is… life!

Archery requires the same things that we need to live a well-rounded and happy life…

Focus ~ “Follow one course until successful.”

Determination ~ “When you focus on possibilities, you’ll have more opportunities.”

Patience ~ “Don’t try to overhaul your life overnight. Instead, focus on making one small change at a time. Over time, those small changes will add up to big transformation. Don’t give up!”

Endurance ~ “The number one reason people fail at something is because they look only at how far they have yet to go, rather than looking at how far they have come.”

Drive ~ “Focus on where you want to be, not on where you were or where you are.”

Repetition ~ “If you do what you have always done, you will get what you have always gotten.”

Direction ~ “Our eyes are placed in front because it is more important to look ahead than to look back.”

Time ~ “One must work with time and not against it.  Time is precious; it is what life is made up of.”

Problem-Solving ~ “It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light.”

Self-esteem ~ “The only expectations you should live up to are the ones you expect for yourself.”

Love ~ “You have to make time for the things you love.”

Setting Goals ~ “Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.”

Planning ~ “A goal without a plan is just a wish.”

Believing ~ “Believe you can, and you will.”

Positiveness ~ “Spending today complaining about yesterday won’t make tomorrow better.”

Intimidation ~ “I am thankful for all of those who said “NO” to me.  It’s because of them, I’m doing it myself.”

Aspiration ~ “An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backward. So, when life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means that it’s going to launch you into something great.”

Attitude ~ “If you don’t like something, change it; if you can’t change it, change the way you think about it.”

Confidence ~ “If you fight hard, know who you are, and are proud of who you are, you’ve got a good chance of winning.”
