Calling All Archers, come try out for our Team X Competitive Archery Team in August 2018!

Tryout Information:

Tryouts/Evaluation Cost – Free

Tryouts open to Ages 8 to Adult!

Tryouts are 2 hours long, so pick whichever date/time works for your schedule…

Tryout Options are:

Friday, August 17th 6-8pm

Friday, August 24th 6-8pm

Saturday, August 25th 12:30-2:30 pm

Friday, August 31st 6-8pm

Saturday, September 1st 3:30-5:30 pm

Cost if archer makes the team:  $175 per month per archer (members get 10% off) + Team shirt per archer/$40 per season (members get 5% off)

Seasons:

September-March

March-August

Practices:

Practices will begin Tuesday, September 4th!

Practices will be on Tuesdays at 6 pm, Thursdays at 6 pm and Saturdays at 1 pm! …however, if these times don’t work for your schedule, we will assess everyone’s schedule and may come up with an early morning alternative, so don’t let these current practice times keep you from trying out!

(Only excused absences will be allowed – call or text one of the coaches and bring a doctor’s note – if more than 3 absences in a one month period of time, your spot could be given away)

Competitive Team Requirements:

Push yourself to do more than just the minimum requirements

Attend and participate in All Practices!

Come additional days to practice (Daily Practice Card included in monthly Team Fees)

Keep Journal (Meals, exercise, shooting + sleeping habits)

Attend at least 1 tournament per month

Exercise using additional workouts given by coach

Pick a League night to join (fees included in monthly Team Fees)

**No prior experience or professional archery classes required, but definitely helpful

**At any point your spot may be given away for misconduct or unsportsmanlike behavior causing you to be a detriment to the team or yourself
